The Prophet sal ﷺ said to a man while he was advising him:

"Take advantage of five matters before five other matters: your youth, before you become old; and your health, before you fall sick; and your richness, before you become poor; and your free time before you become busy; and your life, before your death."

 The purpose of this website is to provide the reader with articles that will inshallah help in their worship of Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala (exalted is He).  It is also there to serve the writer (i.e. me) with reminders and mainly to use my time and life beneficially as stated in the Hadith above.   If at any point my intention becomes muddied, I will take a break, renew my intention and come back to writing.  I love to read/write and hope one day to develop some articles good enough to be published in magazines such as Sisters or on Muslimmatters or Suhaibwebb where it can be of benefit to many many readers inshallah.  I personally have read a lot and benefited immensely from articles written by my peers and it is my dream to do the same for others.  When I feel the website is not serving the purpose for which it was developed or if my time can be used in other beneficial ways, I will go ahead and close it down.  Meanwhile, I say Bismillah and start this adventure in writing.
